About The Counselor LB

The Counselor LB was founded and is managed by Alain Gemayel, a legal expert and admitted member of the Beirut Bar Association, with the vision of providing entrepreneurs, startups, companies, and individuals in Lebanon with reliable, practical, and transparent legal services.

Throughout my years of professional legal experience, I have handled a wide range of legal matters including company formation and corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, employment and labor law, work permits and residency for foreign employees, intellectual property protection, real estate transactions, and dispute resolution. My approach to legal work is both analytical and practical, focusing not only on the legal framework but also on the real business and personal needs of clients.
